SAHBA Job Site Terms and Conditions

The SAHBA Job Site is an online directory connecting employers, employees, and those interested in a career in hairdressing, barbering, makeup artistry, beauty and dermal therapy, nail and eyelash techniques, and cosmetic tattooing in South Australia. Listings can be submitted at www.sahba.com.au/jobsite. Employers and employees can directly connect through the site. The platform is operated by SAHBA, ABN: 52 377 809 093. Compliance with the South Australia Hairdressers Act 1988 and SAHBA criteria is required.

SAHBA respects your privacy and uses encryption and security measures to protect personal information. Information collected will be used for site functionality, tailored services, and understanding user needs. We will not send unsolicited emails without consent.

You can access and amend your information by contacting SAHBA. (There may be an additional administration fee to change the details in a job listing after it has been posted.)

We collect personal details such as name, business name, email, phone number, and logo. Information may be shared with contracted service providers but not for unrelated purposes.

Job listings will include business details and job information.

Listings are available to businesses in the relevant industries and must comply with regulations. Listings are not accepted from businesses outside these industries.

Listings are processed upon approval. SAHBA is not responsible for errors after publication but will amend them if notified.

The fee to list a job is $50 per month (or part thereof) including GST. Payments are made through the SAHBA website using Stripe as the payment processor. Listings require full payment for the first month at the time of submitting the post. A listing can be cancelled any time by advising SAHBA to remove the listing, and then subsequent monthly payments will be cancelled. There will be no refund given for incomplete periods so if a listing is up for less than one month the full $50 is still payable, and the same rule applies fo repeat months.

Please allow up to 3 days for application processing. SAHBA reserves the right to approve or deny listings.

Listings can be cancelled within 24 hours for a refund. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for a refund.

Approved applicants will receive an acceptance email.

There are no refunds for listings that have started. Refunds are only provided if cancelled before the start of the listing period.

SAHBA owns all intellectual property related to the Job Site. Usage is restricted unless specified.

Listings may be terminated for unresolved issues. No refunds are provided for terminated listings.

The Job Site is governed by applicable laws.
