About SAHBA
We are the Hair and Beauty Industry Association of South Australia Incorporated; trading as SAHBA (SA Hair & Beauty Assoc.) SAHBA is a “Not for Profit” Organisation run by professional volunteers for the betterment of the industry.
SAHBA has remained dedicated to assisting its members and the industry for a myriad of years, leading and representing the Hair and Beauty industry, encompassing Hairdressers, Barbers, and Beauty professionals and emerging talent, and therefore, we acknowledge the significance of remaining current and prominent within the industry.
We are the centre where the workings and plannings of the hair and beauty industry takes place. SAHBA collectively works with other business organisations and government departments.
What does this involve?
This involves keeping alongside industry developments, changes in industry awards and compensation rates, policy shifts, and educational pathways for students.
Equally important is our commitment to providing our member community with opportunities for networking, exclusive discounts, participation in educational events, and addressing health, well-being, and environmental concerns through strategic partnerships.

These include crucial areas such as ethics, standards, education, and skills training.
